Most patients tolerate it well. A topical numbing cream is applied before microneedling to minimize discomfort, and PRP is gently applied or injected into the skin afterward.
We typically recommend a series of 3 to 4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart, depending on your skin goals. Maintenance sessions every 6–12 months help prolong results.
