Why Do You Need Supplements?
Supplements are essential in your daily life to keep your body strong and healthy. It is important to make sure you are intaking the right amount of nutrients every day to help improve your health, skin, weight, and physical performance. We take in supplements and nutrients not to just ensure that we are healthy, but to increase our lifespan as much as possible. As we age, our bodies tend to grow weaker, limiting us to perform certain activities such as playing a sport.
Supplements You Need
- Curcumin: Curcumin is a compound for turmeric spice powder that is derived from the ginger family. This supplement contains antioxidant properties that function to protect your skin and slow your cells from aging!
- Collagen: Collagen serves as the main protein of your skin and it makes us more than 75% of our skin. Collagen can be taken through capsules or as a powder to reduce any signs of wrinkles! Well known in green tea but is present in other foods such as strawberries, cranberries, pecans, and pistachios. It acts as an antioxidant to protect your skin from free radicals, reduce inflammation, and reducing your blood pressure, promote weight loss, and can suppress the risk of cancer.

- Protect your skin from the sun. Sunscreen is crucial for protecting your skin from sun exposure! Although getting in a daily dose of your Vitamin D is important, your skin mustn’t be put at risk! Stay in the shade, be fully clothed, or cover yourself with a hat or sunglasses. Did you know 90% of your skin aging is due to exposure to the sun? I recommend using my KD Mineral Glow Sun Defense!
