If you're engaged to be married, chances are you've been planning your wedding for months. You've had to choose the venue, the date, the food and the flowers. You probably already have your dress and hair style planned. But have you planned out your beauty regimen yet?

Planning out your botox, fillers, and skin treatments requires lots of thoughtfulness. You can't just do 5 procedures in the week before your special day and hope for the best. I've developed a schedule for you to plan what you should get done in the months leading up to your wedding day. Hopefully it takes a bit of stress off of you so you can focus on all the other things you have to prepare! Please note - this schedule is assuming you're a June bride. Please feel free to alter the schedule to fit your needs!March3 months in advance is a great time to get a peel to stimulate the growth of fresh skin cells. For heavily pigmented skin, try a Vi Peel for a deep treatment to lighten dark spots (Vi Peels typically take 2 treatments, so be prepared for another peel in April). If you don't have too many dark spots, try a lighter peel like the Pretty Peel. This is a light TCA peel to reveal fresh skin and remove irregularities. If you're in LA, come visit my aesthetician, Gigi on Wednesday mornings for an awesome treatment!

April

April is the time to do some treatments that will alter your face more dramatically. Kybella is perfect to attack any areas of fat that have been bothering you, like under your chin. Kybella is the permanent fat-melting treatment that removes fat and helps tighten the remaining areas. If you're interested, you should get 2 vials in April and 1 in may to help destroy your fat.You should also consider cheek filler in April. Cheek filler can change the overall appearance of your face by providing better angles and contouring the face. It's such a quick treatment that can show immediate results! I love using Radiesse in the cheeks to provide model-like angles!

May

The month before your treatment is the perfect time to get your botox done. You'll want to give it a few weeks before your wedding to make sure that everything is even and you don't need any touchups.  You should also consider getting your under eyes done! Under eye filler is a great way to reduce under eye hollowness and improve the appearance of looking fatigued. You should get this filler done in May to avoid bruising before your wedding, and to give the filler time to settle.

June

It's finally the month of your wedding! You should no longer be doing procedures that can dramatically alter your face. Just make sure that your botox is set and your fillers have settled in correctly! You can refresh your face with a light Oxygen facial around 2 weeks before your wedding day to make sure you look bright and glowy.

In the meantime...

Every month leading up to your wedding, you should try to get a detox pore cleaning with an aesthetician to clean out pores and help reduce acne breakouts. You should also be using glycolic acid regularly to help stimulate new cell growth. Try my Ultra Glow Peel Pads to give yourself a mini peel and refresh your skin!Congratulations on your big day! I'm so excited for all of my future brides, and I hope you all come visit me to get beautiful for your wedding.Check out what I'm sharing on instagram! @beautybydrkay
