The Bridal Beauty Plan

Bouquets, flowers, long white trains, tears of joy, honeymooning, long buffet lines, and midnight dancing all point to one thing — wedding season!
If you’re an impending bride, you know the headaches of vying for venues, scheduling caterers, dress sizing, bridesmaid coordination, and so much more. We feel for you, which is why we’ve planned your beauty regimen. Know you can take as much or as little from these suggestions!
Planning out your botox, fillers, and skin treatments require careful coordination and through research. Squeezing in all of your procedures the week before may not be the best course of action which is why I've developed the ultimate guide to looking you very best on your big day! Hopefully, it takes a bit of stress off of you so you can focus on all the other wonderful things leading up to your big day. Please note – this schedule is assuming you’re a September bride but can be adjusted to fit any bride's timeline! 3 months in advance is a great time to get a peel to stimulate the growth of fresh skin cells. For heavily pigmented skin, try Cosmelan for a deep treatment to lighten dark spots (we recommend 2-3 treatments for optimum results, so prepare for another peel in July and possibly August). If you don’t have too many dark spots, try a lighter peel like the Pretty Peel. This is a light TCA peel to reveal fresh skin and remove irregularities. If you’re in LA, come visit my aesthetician, Jane, for an awesome treatment!July is the time to do some treatments that will alter your face more dramatically. Kybella is perfect to attack any areas of fat that have been bothering you, like under your chin. Kybella is the permanent fat-melting treatment that removes fat and helps tighten the remaining areas. If you’re interested, you should get two vials in July and one in August to help destroy your fat.You should also consider cheek filler in July. Cheek filler can change the overall appearance of your face by providing better angles and contouring the face. It’s such a quick treatment that can show immediate results! I love using Radiesse in the cheeks to provide model-like angles! And having to figure out less of that contour makeup is a bonus. The month before your treatment is the perfect time to get your botox done. You’ll want to give it a few weeks before your wedding to make sure that everything is even and you don’t need any touchups. You should also consider getting your under eyes done! Under eye filler is a great way to reduce under eye hollowness and improve the appearance of looking fatigued. You should get this filler done in August to avoid bruising before your wedding, and to give the filler time to settle. It’s finally the month of your wedding! You should no longer be doing procedures that can dramatically alter your face. Just make sure that your botox is set and your fillers have settled in correctly! You can refresh your face with a light Oxygen facial around 2 weeks before your wedding day to make sure your appearance glow. My ThermiSmooth RF skin tightening treatment is great for last minute lifting and smoothing as well! ThermiSmooth RF is non-invasive, requires no downtime, provides immediate results AND is great for eyes, neck and body! I want to make sure you have everything you need for your big day. Congratulations again. You will be radiant.
